a day in the life of caitlin mitchell
...l the hostesses on the way in were sophomores (i can't believe how many sophomores were there, there was even a freshman!) and they all screamed and smiled when they saw me and made me feel stupid. we found lauren and colin real quick-like. colin's tux was ultra-sweet and lauren's dress rocked. we "mingled" and watched the senior walk. i took alot of pictures. i took pictures with ms. lien, mr. t, and mr. artibee. i got arthur to dance with the hall monitor woman (yea, i'm suprised she was there, too!) and took a picture of that. i didn't dance with grant at all (i felt bad about it later... i apologized, though. i just didn't feel comfortable making a fool of myself in front of him) but i danced with arthur, sarah brown, and katie harris. they all made me look really bad with there good dancing skills and whatnot. they played "in da club" and "baby got back" and "ice ice baby". it was everything i expected it to be and more. it needed "jump" by kriss kross to make it complete, though, and maybe "please let me get what i want" by the smiths. i would've died, but then again, i wouldn't have had anyone to dance with ;_; after prom, grant drove arthur and me to the bowling alley (he made me pay for parking ;_;) and we met jason, mandi, casey, robin, rocky, and patty there. bowling in a dress was hard so i borrowed some clothes from rocky and mandi. bowling was hella fun. they lent us bowling shoes for free since it was prom night, and then i accidentally forgot to return them. i felt bad about it, they aren't even cool ones. ah, well... after bowling, we all wen...
