This fact leads me to believe that Mali's medical care is completely inferior to that of France. The literacy facts available for these two countries alone support this idea with 99% of men and women in France being literate, while only 40% of men and 23% of women in Mali are literate. Having more literate people means more doctors and better healthcare. Also, it seems that the higher education a person has the more likely they would be to pursue career goals and have fewer children. This is illustrated by the fact that in France the GDP per capita is $24,400 per year, and it's only $850 per year in Mali. While Mali has only 2% of arable land, agriculture and fishing make up 80% of their labor force. On the other hand, France has much more arable land at 33%, but only 4% of their labor force is devoted to agriculture. This is because France's labor force is made up primarily of industrial trades, technology, and tourism.
