Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that this act can be cited as “Educational Code Act of 2003.” However, this bill does not apply to any educational institution that are controlled by a religious organization, or if the application is not consistent with religious tenets of that organization. Otherwise, there shall be no discrimination excepted from any educational institution. In addition, The State Board of Education will set forth any rules of regulations of the Government Code, which is also known as the rulemaking provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, to carry out this bill This bill, which has to do with the educational code, will not cost money.
