"Moses Beach"

...is life. He lived there with his mum and brother till his brother moved to Australia and his mother passed on. As his family was very poor when he was a young lad he worked hard to earn money for his mother so he had very little time to attend school so he never learned how to read or write. Moses worked hard all his life saying that he would never accept anything for nothing and the day he stops working for what he gets is the day that he gets taken away in a box. Peter is an insecure person who does not know what he wants to do in his life. He also can get very hurtful in his sense of humor when he is provoked. He is quite good at handling tricky situation like when he comfronted Moses about his reading and writing disability when he notice that he never red the papers and just looked at the pictures but he was very nice and easy about asking him about it. He can be thoughtful at times like when he offered to write a letter to Moses’ brother for him so he would know that Moses didn’t bear a grudge about him leaving. Moses on the other hand is a lot more secure and independent and it shows this when it says “Moses was his own man”. Peter changes a lot while staying with Moses. He learns and adjusts to country life having to go down and collect the milk every day, not having TV and he had to cook all the food which he probably wouldn’t have had to do at his own home. He also has very few people to talk to only Moses most of the time but he does have Susan the girl that lives on the farm down the road which is around the same age to talk to even though he has never been very good at talking to girls he manages to become very close to Susan. Moses does change slightly he becomes less touchy about things and becomes less independent while Peter is staying with him making Peter doing some of the work and not all on his own. When the authorities learn about Moses’ existence Moses has to make a choice of whether to go with them and have all that he stands for taken away from him like him not being able to work or having to give up his life just so no one can tell him what to do and take anything away from him. Moses chose to take his own life rather than being told what to do and everything that he has done in his life taken away from him. Peter to a certain extent can say that he does have something to do with Mo...
