To maximize my power I mainly should look to five bases or sources of power which is Coercive power Reward power Legitimate power And Referent power Understanding these five sources will definitely guide me & help me to increase power and reduce the problems. So as a new employee I would try to know and find out about the organization and have a brief idea of what it deals with. I would get to know more about my job and try to learn from other employees working with me, so that I don’t get to face any problem while working. The other ways that I could use in increasing my power is to be more flexible and try to be moreover be seen by my manager by me giving new ideas, which might help them in producing and resulting in good work.
