In the West Laville lobby on LSU’s campus there is an interesting and somewhat strange group of people called the “Lobby Rats. ... The Lobby Rats started in 1999 out on the patio and in 2000 inside the lobby. ... Once the weather started getting cold, they moved inside to the lobby and stayed there.
