Mix Breed Dogs

The Role of the Mixed-Breed Dog Many people say that mixed breed dogs are useless and worthless, but my experiences tell me that many of these are great dogs. I have owned at least ten of these mixed- breed, or “smorgasbord” dogs, and most of them proved themselves as not only loyal friends and companions, but excellent hunting dogs as well. Owners of pedigree, full-stock dogs contend that mixed-breed dogs are worthless in the animal kingdom, difficult to train, inferior to full-stock dogs in intelligence, and poor at hunting. Pedigree owners say they have ugly not well formed bodies and are dumb dogs.
