Group Discussions
When my group was asked to discuss several topics, I was scared that I would not be able to open up and play the roles that I normally play in most pragmatic discussions. Not only was there the fear, but the fact that one of my group members might be playing the same roles as me. Would I be able to counteract with the same roles as someone else? It turns out that my fears were wrong and my group was very open and dug into the troubles that we were to solve. This made me comfortable enough to help and play the roles, which I normally play.
My group consisted of six members, Liz; Andrew; Jen; Pat; Melanie, and myself. It is hard to tell if our group was heterogeneous or homogeneous.
