A Thrilling Throat Cutting Cat Mystery
The book I read was A Cat On The Cutting Edge. ... Poncho a lunatic, half-tailed, big gray alley cat is the main cat in the mystery. ... John Cerise is an old friend of Swedes and is the most knowledgeable cat person Swede knows. ... Hugh Chevigny was Alices late husband who was closer to her age and was a gifted cat trainer who committed suicide. Martha Lorenz is a beautiful young woman who was a Village Cat People employee. Danny Celestino was also a Village Cat People employee who does a lot of investigating. ... Burno was a cat-loving poet who liked cats that lived in the late 1920s and once had been married to Edna. ... Bush is a Maine Coon cat that is fairly easy to cut his toenails while taking a nap. ... Leons office gives Swede the phone number of the Village Cat People, who do house calls for cats. Swede calls up the Village Cat People and they told her that Martha would be over soon. ... Swede quickly calls the police and the Village Cat People. The Village Cat People put Swede, Danny Celestino, Ann Walters, Libby Trask, and Tony Basillio in charge of finding Marthas murderer. ... Swede finds out the Simone is paralyzed and a famous cat poet Burno gave she and Claire. ... Leon and Martha so that they could not make a cat haven like theirs.
A Cat On The Cutting Edge was an excellent mystery book in my opinion. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I didn’t want to close the book till I was finished reading it all the way through.
