Beginning October 2003, IOM Chisinau has launched a comprehensive visibility strategy. The goal of the visibility strategy is to increase recognition of donors and, most of all, increase awareness by the Moldovan public about IOM programs and activities. Following the reorganization of its press and outreach activities, IOM Chisinau Public Relations Office, headed by the Deputy Chief of Mission Allan Freedman, has started an internship program in order to strengthen its operations and reach the set up objectives, i.e. heighten awareness of the programs and issues that make up IOM programs.
