Legalization of Marijuana for Medical Purpose
Medical marijuana has been studied for many years. In some countries, marijuana is already used as medicine and it stems back from many generations. There are many good purposes for marijuana to be used as medicine. It has been shown in studies that medical marijuana helps relieve symptoms from chemotherapy in cancer patients, as well as spasticity for
those diagnosed with cerebral palsy or have suffered from stroke. The problem is that in order for medical marijuana to be used in America as medicine, it must be legalized.
Marijuana has a long history of medical use; it is one of the oldest living plants.
