When viewing the Davidoff ad, in a full-page ad illustrate an apparently naked male model semi-submerged in water. ... The bottle is rectangular, blue, with a black cap and has the word Davidoff Cool Water written in neat and elegant white letters. The bottle is covered with beads of water just as the male model is. On the lower left edge of the ad the words” Available at Fine Department Stores” appear. To the left of the top portion of the bottle, there is a dark oval section of water that resembles female genitalia surrounded by white glistening water. In the upper left quadrant, above the model’s chest, there appears to be some partially obscured and distorted face in the water graphically formed by the swirls.
