The media are thus the main sources of societies raises important issues from society level to individual level. Mass media such as book, movie, music, and television have been criticized as the cause of violence in society. However, television considered to be the most influential form of media attributes to the cause of violence. ... The more often children view the television, the more chances they are being pulled into its realistic world of violent scenes which primarily effects on children’ s behavior. All together, there is a correlation between television violence and children’ s aggressive behavior. ... Therefore, if the media exposed a large proportion of violence on screen, it possibly creates an aggressive behavior in children. “In the case of media and violence, many proponents of early effects studies argued that horrible images on the media will make us horrible, not horrified; and to see something aggressive makes us feel aggressive, not aggressed against.” According to the Institute for Social Research, an aggressive behavior is a learned behavior which is being taught to children by the media violence, especially television violence that watch day after day. ... Furthermore, there is a research results in two different studies that evaluate the impact of television violence on the behavior of children before and after the introduction of television. ...
