My New Life
When I begin to think about important decisions that I have had to make in my life, the first one that comes to mind is the decision to leave my country and come to the United States. In that moment, I did not realize the radical change that would happen in my life and the life of my family. ... In my life I had never believed in marriage; I always believed that if I am with a woman it is because I love her. ... In that moment, I thought that one month would be enough to get adjusted to my new life, but that was far from reality. These are decisions that have affected the rest of my life, decisions in which I think that I made a mistake when taking it, but I know that I cannot return to the past.
