Graduation speech Fellow classmates of 2007 when I was asked to write a speech for graduation I was speech less. It took me forever just to write a little paragraph. This week has been so stressful for a lot of us, I know it has been for me. So when I sat down and brainstormed ideas, I came up with this so I hope you like it. We have accomplished so much in the last thirteen years but this has been the biggest. We are at our graduation. Today is the day we are done with school; today is the day that we get the piece of paper that says we are done. A lot of people thought that they would never be here. I know this for a fact because I was one of those people. I never got the whole idea of school in the first place. I never was good at it. The last thirteen years have been an adventure. Some good and some are bad. I know that a lot of people would like to forget about all the bad and just remember high school as all the good times we all had together, but if we forget about the all the bad times we would forget about half of our high school lives. For example all of those big test’s that no one liked… if we forget about those we would forget about how we got here today. I’m not going to get too in-depth, but I think you get the point. So moving on, today I am going to talk about what we all have done to get here today, celebrating your accomplishments, new freedom, doing what you have always dreamed of. It started with passing high school. Even though nobody really liked it. Thinking of all the effort we put into it, such as all the homework.
