Personal Narrative
“Personal Narrative” It all started the week before spring break when we were headed for Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. A small resort type of area about 40 minutes from Cancun. We left from Laramie around 3:30 Friday night headed for Parker, Colorado to stay at my uncles house. Then Saturday afternoon we left for the air port, after we boarded our plane, we had a 3 hour plane ride to Mexico. When we finally arrived in Mexico we got off the plane and it was somewhere around 90 F at 7:30 then we had a 40 minute bus ride to our hotel the Riu Tequila the people that greeted us at the hotel were very nice and could speak English pretty well also when we got to the hotel you could see lots of little lizards running on the walls in the hotel when we asked one of the bell boys what they were, they said that they were baby iguanas, after we unpacked our bags in our rooms, me, my cousin, my aunt and uncle and parents walked to the beach, even though it was almost midnight, the water still felt really good, so after about an hour down at the beach we decided to go back to the hotel and go to their club then after an hour of having some fun we decided that it was time to go to bed the next morning we just walked around our resort and went to the pool to go swimming then later that afternoon we went to the beach and went body boarding and looking for sea shells.
