When I think of fitness I think of health. Fitness is a big part of staying healthy in the physical and in the mind. Fitness means to me being able to think properly, being able to participate in strenuous activities and most importantly stay alive. When majority of people wake in the morning they go through a fitness process, they just have no idea of it happening. I notice that waking up in the morning, getting out of bed, putting on my sandals, walking over to the sink to brush my teeth and finishing up only to head to the shower to wash my body is all apart of an unscheduled fitness workout.
When I think of fitness I think of the actual premeditated plan to workout and also the repetitive schedule that I go through everyday. Fitness means to me being and staying happy.
