For more than half of a century, the Palestinians have endured a life of War and relentless suffering. They have abided a life without a home and a life without freedom. The Palestinians will not rest, the Palestinians will not cease until their freedom is returned and their native homeland is secure. For there to be peace between Israel and Palestine, a Palestinian State must be established, but for many decades Israel has terrorized the Palestinians in their own homeland, and yet the Palestinians are falsely claimed as terrorists. This is self evidently illogical. There are several reasons why a Palestinian State must be established; the foremost important is a homeland is required for the 4.3million Palestinians still living in the traumatizing surroundings. We must also consider the injustice in laws enforced by Israel that overpowers those of gentiles and the benefit that the Palestinians shall not surrender until their freedom is returned. Chief of the Israeli defense once stated that “When we have settled in their land, all the Arabs will be able to do about it will be scurry around like drugged cockroaches in a bottle”, How can we allow innocent human life to be relinquished under such heartless and demeaning cowards? The first major Palestinian-Israeli conflict occurred in 1948. The many Jews that had suffered in World War II made the Jewish community in Palestine. At this time the Jewish community in Palestine owned a little over 6 per cent of the land. Through several conflicts since then the Jewish community now own 93 per cent of what was Palestinian native land. The Israeli government has been greatly funded by America, inducing a nuclear powerhouse. Over this time 4.8million Palestinians have been forced into exile from their native land, and a remaining 4.3million Palestinians are situated in Israeli occupied territories.
