Although comparing civil rights and gay marriage is a slight stretch, they do share one common denominator, prejudice. ... By using the strict construction, living document and original intent methods of interpretation we can determine whether they have a constitutional right to homosexual marriage. ... Nowhere in these amendments, or anywhere else in the constitution does it specifically say that homosexuals have a constitutional right to same sex marriage.
