Many of the sports mentioned above are played by men and have limited competitions for females. Even when we talk about sports were females have a league very similar to men, the men’s league has a market that exceeds the females. In Golf, the main tournaments for the men are all televised because that is where the larger viewer market is. The males watch the men’s events because the standard of competition is higher than any other event.
