According to Barry Whitt with the Giles County Rescue Squad, the fire remains under investigation. Glover lost everything in the blaze and an effort is underway to get him some help. If you have items you wish to donate, contact Loretta Teeples at 363-5613. The Giles County Leadership Class of 2004 has been involved in a major art project that will benefit the youth of Giles County. The project is known as “The Wild Turkey Trot”. Huge fiberglass “wild” turkeys will soon be on display throughout Giles County this spring.
