Running Head: LOOKING FURTHER INTO THE STORY
Looking Further Into “A Fish Story”
Looking Further Into “A Fish Story”
The first time I read “A Fish Story”, by Skip Downing, I thought to myself, “How in the world am I going to write a two page paper on this?” I then read the story again, and wrote a few ideas down. I continued to read this story over and over again, until a light bulb came on in my head. I finally came to the realization that this story is very much like the paper I am writing. This was a prime example of how I could use this story as a tool to write my paper. The three main lessons I learned from this story were, you must always look further into the task at hand, in life you may not always get complete directions, and you must have patience.
