Rational irrationality
As rational thought is distinguished from experience and emotion, requiring the use of the mind, it is the triumph of man over animal. ...
This seems like we as rational beings, claim that anything that seems not rational to us at this point and time, should be discarded as irrational. ... If this is then never complete and always only proportional, how are we to say what is rational or irrational. ... How do I act rational in a irrational world, for the reality of rationality is to act on what it knows. This is the fight with self, the rationality of this world, does not make sense with the irrational animal, that we are, but do we have this right, for I do not have a drive in me to do wrong, but a drive to do right, yet this has been the reason of all my pain, for the rational world, do not support it, they have devised such complicated schemes, to hide their evils, that
As a parent that once was a child, I know that us adults cause pain through what the “rational” world wants from us. I know that children do not understand this and all feel that they will do it differently, while the truth is that by the time they are old enough to know the “rational” world for what it is, they realise it is different than the irrational good world that they perceived it to be as children. It is true that the rational world tells us no pain no gain, I ask who is gaining from my pain? ...

If however we believe the irrational animal to be good, then why did it have to become rational? If animal man is both good and evil as irrational animal, then the rational that is laid on him to be is both good and evil. ... Because we now have these two tendencies, on the one hand to do the good, but the rational world is locked in evil, we try to rationally comprehend this and then is caught in the middle. Left with always two choices, because a dual knowing has been created, original man and rational man. ... Irrational man says I kill for survival, rational man says I do not, while he does, finding reason for its actions in irrationality.
The level to which original man become rational depends on the level it has been influenced by rationality, the more it held promise for survival, the more man kept to it’s principles. This caused the struggle of all mankind, those that survived on rational behaviour, uses it to claim it’s overall good, while being blind to evils and suffering it has caused for the rest of mankind. They talk of freedom, while their freedom is always at the cost of taking freedom from others, their rational explanations for it always comes back to for the freedom of me and mine. Survival of the fittest they call it, they know they will win the day simply because although irrational man kills for survival too, irrational man has with it the tendency to care, to feel pain at levels the rational mind cannot, it is locked into reasoning, that will protect him from the pain that natural man experience naturally when he is causing harm. Women are a proof of this, rational man kept us from further education for generations; we are still in touch with our irrational tendencies, for this reason.
