Lender Visit Report On March 5 2004 I visited the Norwich branch of BSB Bank. I interviewed Michelle Ashcraft a loan officer. I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and it lasted about one hour. During the visit Michelle was a very good host, she allowed me to watch everyone in the bank doing there work. During the hour that I was there, the bank tellers lost the vault keys and still had not found them by the time I had left. Michelle had a very good attitude when ever I had a question on one of her questions that I had asked her. She gave me a couple of documents including; a general loan form, an application for a home equity loan, an item needed list for a home equity loan, insurance disclosure, and a personal finical statement checklist.
