Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire I chose to read the book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It is the fourth book of a seven book series. J.K. Rowling, the author of the book, is a very talented British writer. Throughout the novel, Harry Potter, the protagonist, encounters countless obstacles and conflicts. Lord Voldamort, the antagonist, is the origin of most, if not all, of these conflicts. The conflicts are mostly set into play by his faithful servant, young Barty Crouch. The first significant conflict Harry is faced with is when his name is entered into the Triwizard Tournament by an unknown person.
