Executive Summary From the point of view of the changes in the strategic development of the company, it seems to be opportune for applying a the Organizacional Climate Survey, that will offer present-day vision of the companys personnel orientated to be a significant contribution in the steps of the human resource. This study has as a general objective to examine the organizational climate existent in Eltit Ltda.s store and, in a specific manner, to determine the grade in that the dimensions in this study affect the climate Organizacional. The utilized instrument corresponds to Redlich&Trautmanns (1996) adaptation applied for Emig and Lazo (2002) in a company, that considers fourteen measurements that would explain the climate Organizacional in an organization. ... The presented hypothesis for this investigation is the following: “Exist differences in the perception of the climate organizacional that workpeople heve relating to the store have in its totality, in respect of the perception of the climate that they have of the level or sector whom belong them.
