College level education is free when a person is granted the opportunity to not pay for their schooling fees and therefore I will argue that college level education should not be free.
When college level education is free, there are many psychological, economic and social consequences. ... For example, I have observed here in Tortola those people who are on scholarships have been abusing their privilege of college level education. ... Therefore if students who have been privileged enough to have free college level education are not psychologically prepared for college certain unnerving behaviors will be displayed. ... Therefore, I emphasize that students should be prepared psychologically for the responsibility that comes with a college level education regardless of their background before such an opportunity as free education is granted.
