It has been said that in Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” that Hamlet hesitated too long to seek revenge for his father’s murder, and it has also been said that he did not wait too long to revenge the death of his father. However, after watching and reading “Hamlet” I believe that Hamlet did wait too long, but not entirely too long. I feel that Hamlet did the right thing by not running right-a-way and killing his uncle Claudius, and that taking his time to find out if his uncle was truly guilty was a great idea.
