“Variety is the spice of life” this infamous quote is greatly related to multiculturalism in today’s youth. Our North American society was once based upon the cultures of Canada’s founding nations France and England, but as other people from other cultures began to come here we received the spice for a new and exciting reality, which has evolved into Canada’s multi-cultured society. One can find in almost any day of an average teenager, several food items or entertaining activities, which origins lie in that of cultures from all over the world. Let’s take what one eats in a day. Breakfast could be a Mexican soft taco with tomato, egg and peppers this meal is a fusion of Mexican and English cuisine.
