Dear School Board Members,
I am a student writing in regards to the recent ban placed on the movie Schlinder’s List. ... I, however, would like you to reconsider this ban based on the movie’s merit and the educational benefits it can provide to students in our school district. The historical significance of Schlinder’s List cannot be barred from the classroom because it is a vital tool used to understand the Holocaust period.
