Review of Personal Performance Portfolio My personal performance portfolio went very well as I have identified all my own strengths and weaknesses within my sport, and I have been able to devise a plan to improve my physical fitness. The aim was to work upon 2 main areas of the body that I wanted to improve, and for that, I chose Body Composition and upper body strength. I produced a six week plan to work on both areas of the body and kept to the plan for the whole six weeks. The cycle was high intensity and was very hard to complete, but I kept up the work in order to lower my body composition and improve my strength.
