SUITABILITY- Data made to suit the format (compatibility). Before you enter something or data into the computer, it has to be checked to ensure that it is suitable and reaches the requirements for the correct data type that have been met. E.g. if we wanted to play an audio file, we would need an audio player like mp3 (Winamp) we would not able to play the file using other programs that are not compatible with the format. RELIABILITY- Reliability how reliable the data is. Eg. If we wanted to know the weather 6 weeks ago, we can ask friends and family for the maximum and minimum temperature for that day is. But the reliable way of finding this out is to go on the internet and search up the weather bureau website because they are more reliable and trustworthy source. E.g. if we wanted to find out how many people are there in Heatherhill s.c we can ask friends, but the reliable way of finding this out is to ring up the school. ACCURACY- The data being entered must be accurate. For it to be accurately entered it has to be gathered accurately, because sometimes the data that has being entered might have a error or bug so its best to go over something to check if the data is accurately correctly entered.
