Caffeine and Pop Addictions
Caffeine is a simple substance found in the leaves all over the world, but this natural
ingredient is one of the most studied in the food supply today. Despite our knowledge of its
effects, more then 18 billion gallons of caffeine products were sold in the United States last year
and roughly 70 percent of soft drinks consumed in the United States contain caffeine (not
including coffee and other drinks).You would think everyone by now everyone would have heard
of at least a 1 minor health effects that caffeine and soft drinks can cause, but many just dont care
or do they just not realize how bad caffeine effects their health. ... Of the side effects of caffeine
addiction are obesity, tooth decay, blood pressure problems, aids osteoporosis and is very
addicting.
