This is my planning for my personal exercise plan. Firstly I will be giving my personal details. My current height is five foot eleven inches tall. I am sixteen years of age and my gender is male. My personal exercise plan covers over a six-week period. I will be training for one hour a week. The aim is to try and improve my fitness specific to my sport. The sport I am training for is basketball. I currently participate in the Tauntons College basketball practices and have played for the college team. My advantages in terms of fitness are speed and agility.
