A1 Normalization is a process of organizing data in a database and eliminating redundancy and inconsistent dependency from database. It can be achieved through “normal forms”. If it satisfy the first rule than database is said to be in “first normal form”. If first three rules are satisfied then database is considered to be in “third normal form”. The third normal form is considered the highest level necessary for most applications. First Normal Form In First Normal Form data is moved into separate tables ,where data in each table is of similar type, and giving each table a primary key which eliminates groups of data.
