DRAFT My MD has asked me to investigate about the safety and the corporate culture in the company. After I have collected the information from all the employees and I have related it with the outsourcing media, my proposals and the supposed facts are the following; Issues considered during the past year and the one in curse Safety. The elevator is a dangerous system, it has broke down several times in a month, the maintaining people as much as the company people in charge of the security system, actually, does not have the adequate knowledge to put it back in the road. The man who plays as the vigilant in the lobby, for the morning , does not have the character to face the people who comes in to the company. The supervisors of the chores, cannot manage, sometimes, their character to the employees and clients, it unchains the environmental resistant to be demand and to be watch. The bathrooms are always smelly, infections and viruses can affect the health of the employees. Corporate Culture. Clearly the fusion with the “YKK” company was shocking to everybody. The last corporate culture was a little bit more opened to every mind, was clearly treatable, and reasonable, it was understood. The lack of communication of the facts of our old “X” company was the detonating scoop to the environmental culture and the behavior of all the employees and clients changed.
