Temper is bad for your game
What’s wrong with getting angry or upset after making a mistake? ... Its effects are probably most detrimental if you begin to condemn yourself within a training program, event or game, because you take you concentration off the remaining frames or games. If you are mentally chastising yourself (or going through temper tantrums, which is childish behaviour) because of the last frame or worse the last game you cannot at the same time be concentrating on the present skill or preparing for the next frame.
