I deserve to be a cheerleader and leader of Tioga High School. Leadership is a very important attribute that should be taken seriously. To be a cheerleader, one should show extreme leadership characteristics due to the fact that you are thrust into the public eye of the school. Cheerleaders also should not only be talented and strive to be the best athlete possible, but should be good role models. Cheerleaders are the heart of the school and represent it wherever they go; positive representation is a must. I think that I would be a good leader and a positive influence in Tioga High School. I have firm beliefs concerning what is morally right and wrong, and I strive to mold myself into the strong and independent person I wish to be. Besides being a good leader, I am an extremely happy and upbeat person with an optimistic lifestyle. I try to look for the good in every situation and person. I think optimism is important in cheerleaders because of the spirit that should explode from them.
