Mammoth can be brought back to Earth?

I believe the idea of cloning a mammoth is just a fantasy and only possible in science fiction. ... Therefore, complete DNA has not been found, not even in the best-preserved mammoth ever found; a baby mammoth carcass pulled from a construction site in 1977.
