Ethics in Leadership
Summary of Learning:
Analyses of
My Personal Journal
Presented by:
David Johnson
12/7/2003
Upon completion of this course I will have negotiated 4 subjects in the Diploma in Leadership Program. ...
As I read through my postings in the journal I can see three distinct, sequential types of entries. ... This does not seem to satisfy the purpose of this journal and certainly would not lead me to a reasonable exploration of myself. ...
I am not suggesting that the course, my readings or my journal entries have had a transformational effect and that I have traveled the journey through these components to a new ethical epiphany. ... The exercise of the journal and reflecting on my entries has however enabled me to articulate my position with more clarity. The entire course has been an interesting experience both for the learning from and sharing my insights with my classmates.
