Graduation speech

“CLOSING REMARKS” Word of Thanks My fellow graduates, in less than an hour, we will leave this Gymnasium with diplomas in our hands and dreams in our minds and sooner, we will be residing in a new lifestyle, far much different than what we used to have every year. An hour from now, we are leaving high school and entering another phase in life, college. Four years in high school we have enjoyed our stay in the school, and now we are departing from it. Four years in high school, of the many changes we’ve gone through, of the different people who walked in and out of our lives, of all the fun and the aches of studying, of the stressful encounters we experienced, the smiles and good-byes. We never knew how we have survived the four years with such happenings. And we could have never lasted up to this day, if it weren’t for the people who consciously and unconsciously helped us every step of the way. First and probably the most important of all, we, the graduates, would like to thank the Lord for all the blessings He showered over us during our stay. We thank Him for filling each day with a new experience, always overflowing with bounty and with varieties of lessons to learn. Each day is always unpredictable. Some days we have been filled with outbursts of joy and inspiration, encouraging us to move on and continue our pursuits. There are days, though, we have been tried, we fall and stumble along our path.
