For years diversity has been looked at as the evil entity by the business world. In recent years the workforce has began to not only accept diversity but to seek it out. Diversity brings great things to the table such as different views on projects, options on attacking projects and ultimately the result of different ideas can set your company ahead of its competitors. The same benefits of diversity can be felt in the scholastic world as well. ... These seem to be the most diverse parts of their team’s culture and everyone involved in the team feels they are what make the group as diverse and complete as possible.
Different occupations that exist in their group have become very beneficial to their team learning team. Their team is very lucky to have four members with four very different types of experiences. With a manager of restaurants, a clerk of a fast stop gas station, a security officer, and even an interventionist in a children’s school, their team embraces diversity. There is not one particular occupation that brings more to the learning team, but each brings a different type of experience to it. ... He is great at keeping up the morale of the entire team. ... Some of the responsibilities that he endures on his job are reflected on how he helps out their team as a whole. ...
