Triantis Scope This course presents the discipline of developing (enhancing) the quality capabilities of organizations and their systems. Quality development involves a host of activities that include but are not limited to: assessing, planning, designing, measuring, documenting, assuring, controlling, improving, empowering, facilitating, and leading. The approach taken in this course is to study these activities in the context of improving both the production and managerial processes. By doing so, the quality of the organization’s products and services will improve.
