Describe a significant leadership experience, decision-making challenge, or accomplishment. How did this experience affect your professional and personal development? My senior year of undergraduate studies offered a significant leadership experience. This experience provided me with a solid accomplishment and the desire to further my professional / personal development. All seniors within the School of Management (which includes majors in Finance, Marketing and Accounting) are required to take a cumulative “capstone” course which attempts to integrate all previous coursework. The culmination of this capstone course is a semester-long team project that combines students from different disciplines into groups with the purpose of identifying a “weak” player within the industry of their choosing.
