My Programme
Aim
In my own PEP I hope to improve my fitness and build up my stamina to a higher level. ...
Before I can plan my PEP, it is important that I first attain my current level of fitness in the areas of fitness I wish to develop. ...
My PEP
Warm Up
My warm up will just be a gentle jog and stretches; I will concentrate on my back muscles most during the warm up as this part of my body is more of a target to injury as it will not stand as much pressure as other parts of my body as it has already been impaired.
