The interactions between elements of the organization as well as personality, leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, individual performance to achieve organizational effectiveness will be explored. Learning Objectives: The students will: Be exposed to various organizational behavior theories, concepts, and current research in the field of organizational behavior. Understand the interaction of individuals with groups and the organization as a whole. Compare and contract the various techniques used to measure organizational effectiveness. Understand importance of effective communication from top down as well as bottom up approach. Compare different leadership styles and how these leadership styles affect the organization and effectiveness.
