Setting a goal and working towards it with a single-minded devotion has formed the leitmotif of my life. Bearing in my mind, my career goals and capacities I am eager to pursue post graduate studies in your esteemed institute. I earnestly hope this statement conveys you the reasons for my choice. Even during my college my interests were directed towards a career in people and resource management. My applying to this university is the consequence of a search for a department that offers the best facilities and environment for garnering requisite skills.
