I have a bad feeling about America’s near future in the hands of Bush. Our president is leading us down a dangerous road filled with war in the middles east. The recent capture of Saddam and Bush’s top secret Thanksgiving flight to Iraq come off to me as no more than clever public relations ploys to get Bush reelected a second term. I have no faith in the our president’s reasoning in foreign relations. At the beginning of this year, Bush went ahead into Iraq against the wishes of the United Nations. In my opinion this stripped the UN of a lot of its power to make decisions as union of countries working towards the better of all. We had very little support from everyone except Great Britain who brought in troops with us.
