... Consider the Twentieth Century, thousands and hundreds of new inventions had come out during that period of time, and video camera was one of them. With video cameras, people can then record vivid video pictures of what is going on. Therefore ,even since its first introduction to the public, people had been fascinated by the records it provided. Some people began to view videoes as more important form of real life records than written files.
Admittedly, video records are useful. Especially through years of development, video cameras of today are even more capable of providing us with video records of high quality. Together with the sound, the records are able to present the process of an event with more accuracy and thus being more convincing than written documents . ... More importantly, the video records help the referees in determining who has been the first to reach the final line or who should be shown a Yellow Card for his/her foul.
