What is does the Bible and the church have to say on suicide?
Does God really punish those how commit suicide with eternal damnation? Nothing in the Bible suggests this at all. The Bible accounts for around seven suicides. There are many ways Christians may believe that they will be damned for committing suicide, but does the Bible state its bad nature? ... Of course we all know that killing another person results in damnation, but does suicide (the killing of oneself) constitute for damnation?
